Go,
It's six a.m, alarm bells ring, get out of bed,
Drink some coffee and then smoke a cigarette,
Wash your face and brush your teeth and put on clothes,
Drag your body out the door and hit the road,
You,
Drive through the gates, your mood deflates, and dark clouds loom,
Spend the next 8 hours grafting then drive home,
Have a bath and eat some food and go to bed,
Then repeat 5 days a week until you're dead,
Go,
It's, six a.m, alarm bells ring, get out of bed,
Drink some coffee and then smoke a cigarette,
Wash your face and brush your teeth and put on clothes,
Drag your body out the door and hit the road,
Is this what your life's become,
Endless misery with no fun,
40 hour working week,
Always skint cos ends don't meet,
You,
Drive through the gates, your mood deflates, and dark clouds loom,
Spend the next 8 hours grafting then drive home,
Have a bath and eat some food and go to bed,
Then repeat 5 days a week until you're dead,
Dead Cross, Retox, and Qui members dish out subversive hardcore with an indignant smirk; come for the riffs, stay for the synth experiments. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 31, 2024
Knockout debut from a Buffalo, New York-based hardcore band who like their riffs sick, their drums fast, and their choruses sticky-sweet. Bandcamp New & Notable Mar 28, 2024

At first this will probably sound like pretty raw punk music. However, a careful listener will notice that it is not as chaotic as it might first seem, that the melodies and lyrics intertwine quite smartly, that there is much more than meet the ear at first hear. Those who will continue will discover a very good balance between raw ebnergy and well constructed songs, an immediate sense of urgency which went through just enough refinement. In other words, a great punk album. Thibaut Devigne
